Good but could be awesome!

Ive been playing this game since it first came out. I have a few complaints and compliments.
- I love all the cool stuff that you get in this game. Especially the animated. This game is quite enjoyable.
-Plus I love the websites that are there to help us when we are stuck. Thank you!!
- One major problem is that I do not like. You MUST use your own money to play. If you dont use cash, you wont finish the quests on time. Which is not fun. :(
- Worst of all, there are so many times Ive been totally kicked out of game play.
- Please help us out!!! Reloading the game does not stop the game from booting me out.
We need to be able to love this game or we just wont play it anymore.
- If I continue to have to use my own money just to move along the tasks and get kicked out every 10min. I just wont play anymore. Which I think is sad, because I really do love playing this game.
