Love hate situation

I absolutely love this game but sometimes because of the crashing I miss out on whole events. I crash out at least 8 times in a row before being able to do everything. Each crash I make sure to fully shut down program before opening it again. After about 8th time I can usually do everything I need to. They need to work on bug issues before making anymore extra events. We, my family and I have almost stopped playing it because of this. I love the game please fix it.
