Please fix the avengers games

Whats wrong with avengers game please fix it. Thanks. My game froze again, I just brought a package, with my hard working money and Im still having this problem and its been over 3 weeks with no help from your company. Please fix my game or give me back my money or I wont play anymore. This is unacceptable. That Im fighting this hard for a game. I got behind in the missions because my game kept on stopping so I felt I had to buy a package please fix my game, or I should get compensated.
